Scenes from a LOVEly weekend

Scott & Amanda's wedding and Taylor & Kate (Kaylor? Tayte?) Engagement party in September.. Leo and I made a cameo... and Leo gave Big P a lesson on iphone use..hung with his NanaB, Uncles and Aunties.. was a chick magnet on the dance floor and basically his little diablo self "off site".  No shortage of delicious NanaB mini pies, ice cream sundaes, petit fours and treats.. A weekend full of great memories and lots of smiles.

Firsts and lasts

Leo loved being the ladies' man here at the quick get together with Katie, Nancy, Molly and Liz's ladies... we just had to get a photo. Missing are big brothers Owen, Kyle and Campbell and big sister Jbird. (L-R) Rey (4mo), Olivia (1yr), Ella (6), Leo (6weeks), Ruby (6mo), Lily (5) and Kate (4mo)

First time meeting Leo's great grandpa Benz before he joined two of his other great grandfathers in heaven.

First time at Nana B and Big Poppi's house..where he loved sleeping all night long and hanging out with his aunties and uncle as well as copious baths from Big P.



Leo's first plane ride to Portland.. he loved it, of course.

Jad-ona Quimby, Age 8

We took Jadyn on a tour of Ramona (Beverly Cleary's) neighborhood in NE Portland and the Park dedicated to Ramona and Henry. I love that J is into these books, as they were favorites of the Benz girls as well. She reminds all of us an awful lot of the spunky little Ramona Quimby with her comical outlook on life.
