Sunriver 2012

Adventures in Central Oregon.. rafting (this taken right before I lost my oar, and made this sweet dear child paddle me the entire way..she was so loving it... haa)

Ran across a vintage airshow on an early morning bike ride.... future pilots here...

The newly engaged!! Welcome the Bunch, Taylor!
Even the Dulce de leche churro cupcakes and pinata for the Team Heit Southwestern night didn't win us the golden spoon. Another year jilted! We did walk away with the Golden Twinkie, though...

Joe and Sara tie the knot

A gorgeous wedding weekend for Joe and Sara in the filbert orchards of Oregon. Stefanie and Jordan were sorely missed but are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new neice or nephew. We tried to celebrate extra in their honor...

let us have a moment of silence for NanaB's cookie bar. It was insane. There is no bakery in the land to offer as many varietals of homespun goodness (nor sarajoe takeout boxes). yum.

good old-fashioned fun in oregon

Happy Birthday, (great) Grandma

backyard, brothers, birthday, beautiful weather, beer.

Oregon Coast

Took the Heit kids with the O'Beirnes to see beautiful Seaside, Oregon.. where a young Bibif rollerskated and rode her bike on the Prom, most likely in the misty rain.. they saw the bumper cars and the whole carnie experience, as well as a pit stop of Lewis and Clark....J still in disbelief that it's the same ocean as home... "we had to drive through farms and trees to get here"
