Where did a year go?

or last month for that matter?
Blog slacker here... life is just flying by..and not enough moments caught on film.. I need a camera holster at all times, it seems..

After a fun egg hunt on Easter morning after church, and a prEaster brunch at our house the day before, Campbell and Townsend reunited at Nana and Poppi's for some Easter fun (ie. playing in the ice bucket..)
disclaimer.. bunny ear beanie made by Grandma Mickie

Townsie, could you be any cuter??
my little beaver boy.
what, is it Christmas or Easter? The EB hid 62 eggs for the Heit kiddos to find.. and baskets full of fun stuff...and all of the candy (which Justin and I promptly dug into.. and Campbell ran off with.. J didn't even bother dumping hers out? No sweet tooth?? bizarre!! in fact, this is the third year in a row that the 'too tall bunny' has been in her basket.. same ONE!)

Happy Easter

Campbell was laughing because he can't believe his sister knows a giant bunny who hangs out at the mall. wow. I want to know where the EB shops for those great vests and giant bow ties? (s)He seems awfully big to hop all around town unnoticed by children, right?

Campbell's toddler posse

Campbell has quite the busy social life... obviously filled with tons of action, following photo as evidence. ha!
crashed out in the sun after a day of causing trouble with Kate... and coloring all over the place (yes, he's trying to covet the good colors... good grief)

Campbell and Kai try out the mini-man-sandals on a warm Saturday... yes, some typically non-masculine fashions ARE acceptable when they're mini-sized...although my son does look like he's going river rafting with those short-shorts... ha!
Cutest little munchkin, Ashton, and C get some good wagon-and-park-playing action going, and recruit neighborhood friend, Brody, to bang on Miss Olivia's door and plan a ding-dong-ditch if mean old Mr. Kirby answers.

(sub) Way cool addition to the 'burbs

I think it's safe to say that Subway isn't hurting in this tough economy... seems like there's one on every corner.. including ours. Jadyn can see the neon from her window and couldn't WAIT to be there on opening day. (Photo: post-game and post-shoving the whole sub in her mouth in one bite)

Who can resist??

This cute Brownie selling cookies outside of the local Vons on a rainy Sunday afternoon?? Um, only lame rude people, I guess. Didn't dissuade our Jbird.. She was a stellar salesperson shouting after those weirdos who ignored her "THANKS!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!"

I hope this doesn't mean she'll be ringing the Salvation Army bell at Christmas.. I'm thinking chanelling that energy into making millions selling ... whatever her little heart desires... right now, her long term goal is working at an ice cream shop.. and she keeps telling everyone "My dad got fired by giving away free scoops, so you can come visit me, but I can't give you anything for free"
