Sunny Thanksgiving

A great change of pace as we headed out to "gramma's" for Txgiving in Palm Desert. It was so much fun to hang by the pool before / during/ after eating and drinking. Loads of great memories for us out there.

some quality time with auntie ju-ah, as she points out her own picture in the month's periodicals.... "well, I may not be on the cover, Campbell, but it's only a matter of time"

...and while I'm blasting from the pasting...

college graduation with my roomie, and good friend, Kim. wow. Can you tell that I split as soon as I finished at spring break and layed out in the California sun, pretty much non-stop until I came back to Corvallis in June? holy "hollywood tan" haa!!! BTW, Go Beavs on Thursday!!

Little bird ... Four years ago

and she chose a feather in her cap, too...

Half her life has passed... Auntie Jdawg saved these precious memories. We can't get over it. Can we please rewind??? The video is killing me.

So lucky

California Christmastime!

that feather!!
pretending she doesn't want her own pirate hat..

ignore the foreground.. I love Jadyn and Justin's smiles...
arrrgh. melting my heart... even though the hat looks almost sombrero-ish.. he just loves it.. and the way he lit up at all of the rides.. my face still hurts from all of the laughter that filled this day

chauffeur?

Just a smidgen of the smiles from a day at D-land. I don't see this genuine joy smile from Justin too often... must be the new designated driver.

WIP

totally got motivated over the weekend, thanks, Jaimee. Embroidering my heart out here, and pulled out Campbell's quilt that was started at my shower before we knew he was a he at all. I have about half of the squares stitched over and am collecting fabric to make this happen. Oh ya! let this begin the postings of my Works In Progress... maybe it'll keep me on task!... and I know, again, this is so not an artsy picture, sigh.
