Justin and Campbell had a boys' weekend at the beach with trailers by the sea... Thanks to the (cute) Cohens for the rad campsite hookup... what a bunch of heartbreakers these boys are.. I joined up after sipping and seeing (and eating) to celebrate the arrival of Baby Garrison Green.. and the Heit boys had some fun at the Captain Helm RAEN party... who doesn't love a photo booth and helmet?
More pumpkin patching out in Temecula (can you tell by the rosy cheeks how hot it was?? Much better than the rain, don't get me wrong.. but a little hard to feel "fallish") with the fam.
Padres were out, Chargers are in... it was the end of a fall-feeling weekend... and after heading to the beach for a quick surf (and realizing that we had no suits and it was windy and cold), turning back and deciding maybe we'd go for a bowl(then to find that it was league night)... we finally landed at the pop-up p-patch-cum-christmas tree lot (next month) which was just getting groovy...
I finally got to meet the NY Heits! What a treat! Libby (Grandma B), Murray (Grandpa Poppa), and Aunt Fran (who loved telling Justin he looks just like "Stuie"
I'll say it again. It should be a crime that people leave this place practically abandoned for 3/4 of the year. It is gorgeous in the Hamptons.. almost as gorgeous as Jon and Kate's amazing wedding.
